Evening Sun: "U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter said
Monday afternoon he's 'against a casino near
the Gettysburg battlefield.'
"He
made the statement while being queried by reporters
on Pennsylvania Cable Network's 'Journalists
Roundtable.'
"But
even Specter said the stance wasn't surprising,
since he opposed even the introduction of the
lottery in 1972.

his colleagues in the U.S. Congress representing
the Gettysburg area, including Sen. Rick Santorum
