Distribution Agreement Reached
Las Vegas-based Shuffle Master
Inc. has reached a distribution agreement for its
products in South America.

Solutions S.A.C., a corporation with offices in
Lima, Peru, and Buenos Aires, has signed a deal
for promoting, marketing, distributing and servicing
Shuffle Master products within the region.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Paul Meyer, president and chief operating officer
for Shuffle Master, said the deal represents "a
key opportunity" for Shuffle Master, a gaming
supply company that offers automatic card shufflers,
intelligent table systems and roulette chip sorters.
