Launches Exclusion List
As reported by the New York
Times Herald-Record:"The state Gaming Control
Board is establishing a public registry of people
who would be excluded from setting foot in the
slots casinos of Pennsylvania.
"The
list is likely to include the names of mobsters,
swindlers and people convicted of crimes of
'moral turpitude.'
"…[Board
member Kenneth McCabe] suggested that the state
adopt a rule that anyone excluded from casinos
in Las Vegas or Atlantic City be excluded from
slots casinos in Pennsylvania."
