Board Confirms Bids
As reported by AFX: "The
Singapore Tourism Board (STB) confirmed that
five groups beat the deadline for submission
of documents, indicating their intention to
bid for the proposed development of the Marina
Bay integrated resort and casino.

said that Genting International-Star Cruises,
Harrahs Entertainment- Keppel Land, Las Vegas
Sands Corp, MGM Mirage-CapitaLand and Publishing
and Broadcasting Ltd-Melco International submitted
corporate history disclosure and personal history
disclosure forms on Dec 9.

said the forms are a mandatory requirement for
those planning to bid for the project to allow
the government to conduct probity checks to
be completed when the bid closes on March 29,
