Player Who Tried to Torch Casino in Court

"A gambler has appeared in court accused
of trying to torch a casino after losing £40,000
at roulette.
"Businessman
Parviz Mashayekhi, 46, allegedly sprayed petrol
over croupier Tara Lyons, other staff and gaming
tables at the Connoisseur Club in the Royal
Garden Hotel in Kensington, west London - a
favourite haunt of Chelsea's Premiership stars.
"Mashayekhi,
of Kensington, is then said to have tried to
ignite the petrol with a lighter.
"But
he was seized by security staff and arrested
by police after the drame late on Friday night..."
