Valli
Leaving Luxor Early
Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons
cut short their three-week engagement at the
Luxor, according to the casino's box office.
The
final performance will be at 8 p.m. Sunday.
The show's run began Nov. 13 and was to continue
through Dec. 8.
The
reason for the cancellation has not been released.
A spokesman for the Luxor could not be reached
Friday.
Valli
is known for such '60s hits as "Sherry,"
"Big Girls Don't Cry" and "Walk
like a Man."
Last
year Valli was going to have a long-term engagement
with the Flamingo, but the deal soured.
"I
don't know what's happening," he said during
a recent interview with the Sun. "Some
people just don't live up to the deals they
create."
