PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - House Speaker William Murphy says it's time for Rhode Islanders to reconsider bringing casino gambling to the state. Speaking on WPRO-AM radio Thursday, Murphy said he "would not be averse" to a 2010 ballot question that asks voters to allow full-scale gambling.
