A Franklin Circuit Court judge this morning will begin sorting through a host of legal arguments in a hearing on Gov. Steve Beshear's attempt to crack down on illegal Internet gambling.

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Groups opposed to Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear's attempt at imposing a state law against gambling on international Web sites are gathering Monday before a court hearing on the matter.
