ST. CLAIRSVILLE - Ohio voters will determine on Nov. 4 whether casino gambling will be permitted in the state. Voters across Ohio actually will see five state issues on their general election ballots - including one setting earlier deadlines for getting state issues on the election ballot.

Attorney General Bill McCollum has asked federal gaming officials to shut down the Seminole Tribe of Florida's expanded casino operations - including blackjack, baccarat and Vegas-style slots - based on a recent state Supreme Court ruling.
